Avanto (prev. REVIN) is a Zambia-based manufacturer and distributor of FMCG products in the African market. As their branding partner, our mission was to create a new and energetic brand that took their latest product, SUNFIRE, a powerful energy drink, to the masses.
To incorporate the brand's unique tone of voice into the packaging, our designers created a character for the drink's logo that embodies customers' experience with the product - Adventurous, energetic, and always ready for a challenge. We explored different creative avenues ranging from flat vector typographic designs to more complex graphics, and selected the character-based logo concept, as it speaks to the younger demographic, the product's primary target market.

Inspired by the colours and movement of fire, our creative team's background matches the drink's energetic palette with graphic flames. Striking secondary patterns in chrome and red metallic ink and in-your-face branding put SUNFIRE's energetic refreshment on repeat again and again and again across media platforms.

The packaging design speaks to the young seeking adventure. SUNFIRE is all about having fun, going out with friends, and spreading positive energy.
