ABOUT THIS PROJECT

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Branding a fast-food restaurant with franchising potential. This fast-food business approached Agent Orange Design with the task of creating a logo design and printed materials for its grand opening in Botswana. The brief included the creation of a chicken that would target the right demographic. We immediately knew which colours we would use in the logo design. Looking at the positive psychological qualities of red & yellow concerning the fast-food industry, red triggers stimulation, appetite, and hunger and draws attention. The colour yellow triggers feelings of happiness and friendliness.

 

We created different chicken heads with variations and refinements during the sketching process until we were all happy with the animal's facial expressions. We were looking for the perfect balance between friendliness and determination. After we determined the final logo, we created different marketing materials: menus (digital for in-store screens and printed), wallpaper design and more. Chicken Twist has opened its doors in Botswana, and we can't wait to see the business succeed!
